The NCS planning committee has been faced with making difficult decisions as it pertains to the 2021 event. It is our ultimate goal to produce an in-person event. Therefore, we are excited to announce that the Summit will take place on September 28-30, 2021. We will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and take necessary action if needed to transition to a hybrid or virtual format.

Early Teardown is not permitted with out prior permission from eventPower. Exhibitors who tear down early may be charged a $1,000 fine.

Exhibitor Service Kit and Shipping

The official decorator for all eventPower events is Heritage Exposition Services. The Exhibitor Service Kit provides information about shipping, ordering booth services and ordering furniture for use during this exposition.

Required Exhibitor Information

Deadline: August 23, 2021
Once a contract is received, you will be contacted by Teri Caron, Customer Support/Exhibit Hall Manager. Teri will send a link to your company's portal. In the portal you can upload your logo, company description, and register staff.

Company Logo: Provide a color logo in .eps format (with fonts and artwork outlined). The logo will be used in the exhibit guide and conference promotions (when possible). We will also accept a .tif files (300 dpi or higher) if an .eps is not available.

Company Description: A brief description of your company at 60 words or less and web address.

Contact Information: Name, phone and email address.

Exhibitor Badge Registration

All exhibit and sponsor personnel must register to receive the appropriate badge.

Personnel Pre-Registration Deadline: September 26, 2021

Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.

Personnel Registration Process: Sponsors and exhibitors will be e-mailed a link to register their personnel for the conference. Sponsor and exhibitor personnel registration is not available on the conference website. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract 8-weeks prior to the conference date. The link will include the appropriate number of free registrations that are associated with each type of exhibitor or sponsor. Each person who will be attending the conference must register.

Comped passes will not be accepted at on-site registration.
